Patty Duffek (born August 27, 1963) is an American model and actress. She was chosen as Playboy's Playmate of the Month for May 1984. She worked at a Pioneer Chicken outlet in Phoenix at the time of her layout, and made some B List movies before enrolling in college and graduating Magna Cum Laude. She now works as a social worker in Phoenix.
