Patrice Carteron (born 30 July 1970 in Saint-Brieuc) is a French football player. He is currently Manager of Dijon FCO.
[edit] CareerCarteron is fondly remembered across the globe for scoring for Sunderland against arch rivals Newcastle in the heated Tyne-Wear derby in April 2001.[1] Carteron also spent a significant amount of time at AS Saint-Etienne.
