Parviz Mazloomi (Persian: پرویز مظلومی, born 1954) is a former Iranian footballer and now manager. Parviz Mazloomi also known as Parviz Masnooei, because he has postiche hair and mustache. He currently coaches Aboomoslem.

He became famous after coaching Aboomoslem where he was appointed as the coach mid way through the season and saved the club from relegation at the time and finished the season in mid table.The he was in Iran B for WAFF in 2007 and won the competition.He was appointed as the coach of Mes in 2008 and was promoted to ACL for the first time in club history and finished third in the league.He was sacked after 17 weeks in 2009 because of the poor results in the league.
