The Parliament Act 1949 (12, 13 & 14 Geo.6 c.103) is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.

This Act is to be construed as one with the Parliament Act 1911. They may be cited together as the Parliament Acts 1911 and 1949.^[2]
