Park Hill is a neighborhood in Louisville, Kentucky, USA, located just west of Old Louisville. Its boundaries are the CSX railroad tracks to the east, Hill Street to the south, Twenty-sixth street to the west, and Virginia Avenue and Oak Street to the north. In the 19th century, the southwestern farmland portion of the neighborhood was known as Cabbage Patch, the citizens of which inspired Alice Hegan Rice's 1901 children's novel Mrs. Wiggs of Cabbage Patch.

An urban inner city institution, Simmons College of Kentucky(former name Simmons University),a member of the Central District Baptist Association and the General Association of Kentucky Baptist began as an African-American college formed by the General Association of Colored Baptist in the neighborhood in 1879, and was sold to the University of Louisville in 1930, which renamed it Louisville Municipal College. Now located presently at Seventh and Kentucky Streets as Simmons College of Kentucky with the current president The Reverend Kevin W. Cosby of the St. Stephens Baptist Church.
