PLUS Markets is a stock exchange based in London, United Kingdom. Formerly known as Ofex, PLUS Markets became a Recognised Investment Exchange in 2007, giving it the same status as the London Stock Exchange. It is run by Simon Brickles, who helped create and run the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market (AIM). PLUS Markets is part of Plus Markets Group PLC which is listed on AIM (ticker code: PMK).

The PLUS-quoted market, a sub-market of PLUS Markets, is currently home to 222 companies, most of which have small market capitalisations of around £5m. However, a number of larger companies are quoted on this market, including Arsenal Football Club.

The PLUS-traded segment of PLUS Markets permits trading of securities across Europe under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID). Currently the exchange offers trading of over 7000 securities under MiFID rules.

In 2007, PLUS posted a planned £3 million loss as the result of an upgrade of its trading system to one provided by the global exchange company Nasdaq OMX Group. ^[2]
