The Manitoba order of precedence is a nominal and symbolic hierarchy of important positions within the province of Manitoba. It has no legal standing but is used to dictate ceremonial protocol at events of a provincial nature.

  7. Members of the Privy Council of Canada residing in Manitoba by order of seniority of taking the Oath of Office
  8. Members of the Executive Council of the Province of Manitoba in relative order of seniority of appointment
  9. The Chief Justice of the Court of Queen's Bench
  10. The Speaker of the Legislative Assembly
  11. The Puisne Judges of the Court of Appeal and of the Court of Queen's Bench in relative order of seniority of appointment
  12. The Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly
    1. The Archbishop of St. Boniface
    2. The Bishop of Rupertsland
