"Only One Woman" is a rock ballad written by Maurice and Barry Gibb which became a smash hit by the Marbles in 1968. It was covered in 1988 by Swedish rock band Alien with Jim Jidhed as lead singer. The Marbles version reached number 5 in the UK and the Alien version number 1 in Sweden. This song was also covered by "Declan Galbraith" on his "Thank You" Album. The heavy metal band Alcatrazz with singer Graham Bonnet, original lead singer of The Marbles and performer of the song, re-recorded the song on their album 1986 album Dangerous Games.
