The Thomas Sabo Ice Tigers Nürnberg are a member of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL). They play their home games at Nuremberg Arena, in Nuremberg, Germany.

The team was founded in 1980 as EHC 80 Nürnberg, renamed Nürnberg Ice Tigers in 1995/96. Starting with the 2006-07 season, the team was again renamed to Sinupret Ice Tigers. Named after a product of team sponsor Bionorica AG, the company purchased the naming rights for a three year agreement. In 2009, after experiencing financial difficulty, local jeweller Thomas Sabo bought a major stake in the team. They are now known as Thomas Sabo Ice Tigers.
