Northeast Asia, sometimes Northeastern Asia, refers to the northeastern subregion of Asia.

Northeast Asia is commonly used to encompass northeast China, Japan, and Korea. ^[1] However, it can also be used to represent "Siberia east of the Yenisei River, [and] Mongolia". ^[2]
