The Nora B-52 (Novo ORužje Artiljerije - new artillery weapon) serves as a self-propelled artillery piece. Initially the Serbian authorities approached its design bureau in search of a new fast and mobile artillery vehicle it could use to replace older artillery equipment. The Nora B-52 was designed with a 152 mm field gun-howitzer M84 NORA-A mounted on a FAP-2632 truck. Its test trials have already been completed with great success and enthusiasm from Serbian officers and it has started active production. Serbia has also stated its intent to export the Nora B-52 to mainly Europe with its presentation at the this years annual "Partner 2009" arms fair held in Belgrade.
