Nikolina Shtereva (Bulgarian: Николина Щерева) (born January 21, 1955) is a former middle distance runner from Bulgaria. Shtereva mainly competed in 800 metres, but she also won national titles in 1500 metres and 3000 metres.

At the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Canada she won a silver medal over 800 metres behind Russian Tatyana Kazankina (gold) but ahead of East German Elfi Zinn (bronze). She also competed at the 1980 Olympics, but finished seventh. At the European Indoor Championships she won gold medals in 1976 and 1979 and a bronze medal in 1981.
