The National Party was group that lead the struggle against the Ottomans in Syria after the leadership of the revolution against the French mandate in 1926 make up the National Front (Hashem Atassi, Saadallah al-Jabiri, Lotfi Al Haffar, Jameel Mardam Baik, Shukri al-Kotili, Naseeb Bakri, Ibrahim Hananu, Sultan Basha Al-Atrash, Faris Al-Khoury, Saleh Ali, Faisal Najib, Honorary Sami Al Baroudi, Mohamed Alocmr) under the French and sent a delegation to France, headed by Hashim Atassi and membership Saadallah al-Jabiri, (1), Faris Al-Khouri, Jameel Mardam Baik, Ministers Odmon Humusi and Amir Naim Mustafa al-Shihabi and Antioch, as general secretary, to demand independence in 1936
