Nat Perrin (15 March 1905 – 9 May 1998) was a comedy writer who contributed gags and story lines to several Marx Brothers films and cowrote the play Hellzapoppin' that was adapted in to a film. He is credited with writing the screenplay or story for over 25 films, including The Great Morgan and Song of the Thin Man. On television he was the producer of the series The Addams Family and produced episodes of other shows as well.

A longtime friend of Groucho Marx, for whom he wrote the iconic Flywheel, Shyster, and Flywheel radio shows, Perrin became temporary conservator of the comedian's estate in his dying days.[citation needed]
