NASCAR Racing 3 is a racing simulator produced by Papyrus Design Group in 1999. Players can compete in the NASCAR Winston Cup Series, NASCAR Busch Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

One of the more interesting results of this simulation was the rise of the painting community. The ability to paint cars and race them online has been one of the most appealing aspects of the game. The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series cars are still painted each season for the COT mod to keep the game up to date.
