Mukhtiar Malik is a famous Sindhi poet and broadcaster. He was born on December 21, 1959 at Khairpur Mir's Sindh, Pakistan. He got his primary education from Government Men Primary School Khairpur and did his matriculation from Government Naz Pilot Higher Secondary School. He latter joined Government Superior Science College Khairpur for his higher secondary Education. Having passed completed his higher secondary education, he joined former University of Sindh, Shah Abdul Latif Campus now Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur. He did his Master of Science in Organic Chemistry. Apart from this, he has Masters of Arts in Sindhi and Journalism (Mass Communication).
