Muhammad Asghar is a Senior Vice President of the Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd..^[1]

He holds a Masters degree in Mathematics from Quaid-i-Azam University.

Muhammad Asghar joined Agriculture Development Bank of Pakistan in 1982 as Assistant Director. Worked on different key positions in Headquarter as well as in Regional & Zonal Offices. Ishrat Husain the Governor of State Bank of Pakistan awarded him the Best Regional Manager in order to perform outstanding Recovery Performance in ZTBL Pakistan. Currently He is working on the assignment of Zonal Chief, ZTBL Lahore Zone^[2]

Asghar is a member of Islamabad Stock Exchange.

Younger son of Late Duraiz Khan. Muhammad Asghar is married and has four children, Ahmad Jawad, Ahmad Ammar, Rida Mariam & Zoha Asghar. Ammar recently got commissioned from Pakistan Air Force, while Jawad, Ex-Banker doing his business in Harvest Tradings with interests of Import & Export and Agriculture Sector^[3]
