Monica Young (born April 18, 1979) is an American actress and singer.

Young was born in Berlin, Germany. Although born in Germany, Young was raised in Topeka, Kansas. She has an older sister, Amanda Young. While in high school, Young became an All-American cheerleader. After college, she traveled the world as a professional singer. She stands 5 foot and 6 inches (1.68m).

Young first entered the acting industry in 2002, where she appeared on television series such as Still Standing, Passions, What About Brian, Two and a Half Men, and Days of our Lives. She has also appeared in the film Airplane Disasters.
