.jpg) Mistral Air srl is a cargo airline based in Rome, Italy. It operates scheduled cargo services on behalf of TNT Global Express and Poste Italiane. It also undertakes flight training. Its main base is Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport, with a hub at Bologna Airport.[1] The airline has also been contracted by the Vatican (Holy See) to fly Pilgrims to holy sites such as Lourdes, Fátima, Santiago de Compostela, Israel (Holy Land), Poland and Mexico. The first flight went from Rome to Lourdes on 27 August transporting the vicar of Rome, Cardinal Camillo Ruini.[2]
