Mirel Josa (born 1 June 1966) is an Albanian football coach and former player. After his playing career ended, he started coaching and is currently the head coach of Vllaznia.

Josa played for Kavala F.C. and Aris Thessaloniki F.C. in the Greek Alpha Ethniki.^[1]

Josa made 27 appearances for the Albania national football team from 1984 to 1992.^[2]
