The Ministry of Consumer Services is an Ontario government ministry originally established in 2006 as the Ministry of Small Business and Entrepreneurship and formerly known as the Ministry of Small Business and Consumer Services.

This ministry is responsible for consumer protection in the Canadian province of Ontario.

Ted McMeekin was appointed Minister on June 24, 2009.
