The Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs (with special responsibility for European Affairs) is a junior ministerial post in the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ireland with special responsibility for European Affairs. The Minister works together with the senior Minister in this department. The Minister of State does not hold cabinet rank. The current incumbent is Dick Roche, TD, who took up the post in 2007.
