Mike Brodeur (born March 30, 1983 in Calgary, Alberta) is a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender with the Ottawa Senators. He was recalled from the Binghamton Senators on November 24, 2009 after an injury to Pascal Leclaire. He has yet to play a game in the NHL. He is distantly related to New Jersey Devils goaltender Martin Brodeur.[1]

He was signed on December 4, 2008 for a 25 game PTO from the now defunct ECHL team The Augusta Lynx.

In his debut game with the Rochester Americans, on December 7th 2008, Mike Brodeur posted 28 saves and the Amerks first shutout of the season. Earning his first win in an Amerks sweater. In his second start he lost but still stopped 28 out of 31 shots. In his third start he won 2-1 in a shootout with the Houston Aeros. After going 3-2-0 in his first five games Mike shutout the Syracuse Crunch 1-0 earning his fourth win and second shutout. He was named the night's first star as well as the AHL's first star of the night for December 14th, 2008. He was selected for the AHL All-Star Game and was the goalie for Canada during the first period of a 14-11 loss to PlanetUSA on January 26, 2009.
