Miguel Negrón (born August 22, 1982 in Caguas, Puerto Rico) is a professional baseball player in the Chicago White Sox organization.

Negrón was drafted in the 1st round (18th overall) of the 2000 Major League Baseball Draft by the Toronto Blue Jays. On May 19, 2006, the Blue Jays placed him on waivers to make room for Ty Taubenheim on the 40-man roster, and he was promptly claimed by the Chicago Cubs. In the offseason following the 2006 season, he was designated for assignment by the Cubs and then signed a minor league contract with the St. Louis Cardinals.

After playing in the New York Mets' organization in 2007, Negrón signed with the Chicago White Sox on January 11, 2008. With Double-A Birmingham, he hit .299 with 57 RBI and 25 stolen bases.
