Mick Nanyn (born 3 June 1982) is an English rugby league player. Nanyn's usual position is centre. He is a specialist goal-kicker.

Nanyn plays for Leigh Centurions, on a loan deal from Harlequins Rugby League in Super League. He also plays for Scotland.[1]

He joined European Super League side Harlequins Rugby League for the 2009 season. He only managed a couple of appearances in Trial Games for the Quins.[2][3]

Nanyn has a growing reputation as a Journeyman, previously playing for Widnes, Whitehaven, Rochdale and Swinton.

Nanyn is the Widnes Vikings record points scorer, an accolade he took from Jonathan Davies during the 2006 season.[4]

Nanyn had been a revelation with Widnes, in 2007 scoring 18 tries in 19 games and also converting 120 attempts at goal.[5]

He was named in the Scotland training squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.[6]

[edit] Genealogical Information
