Mbarara High School is a boys' secondary school in Mbarara, western Uganda. It was established in 1911 by Christian missionaries and is the oldest secondary school in the western region of Uganda. It is located in the central town of Mbarara, Mbarara District and is a church founded, government aided secondary institution. It has both ordinary and advanced levels of education for the students and is a boarding only school. It is precisely located in Ruharo on the land owned by the Protestant church of Uganda, east Ankole diocese.
