Matthew Bell (born 30 August, 1981 in Brisbane, Queensland) is an Australian professional rugby league player for the Penrith Panthers in the National Rugby League (NRL).

Bell primarily plays in the second row. He played his junior football for St. Brendan's College and previously played for Souths Logan Magpies in the Queensland Cup. Bell made his NRL debut in round 11 of the 2006 season against the Parramatta Eels at CUA Stadium.
