Matt D'Agostini (born October 23, 1986 in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada) is a professional ice hockey player who currently plays for the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League. He was drafted in round 6, 190th overall in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. He was signed to a 1 year contract extension by the habs on August 14, 2009
[edit] Playing careerOn April 2, 2008, he was recalled from the Hamilton Bulldogs of the American Hockey League. He played his first NHL game on April 3, 2008, against the Buffalo Sabres. He scored his first career goal on December 2, 2008, against the Atlanta Thrashers. On December 4, D'Agostini scored his first NHL assist against the New York Rangers. [edit] Career statistics
