Masato Hirano (平野正人 Hirano Masato; born November 16, 1955 ^[1] in Iwate-Gun^[2]) is a Japanese voice actor who has voiced multiple Characters in Anime. Despite having the same last name, he is not married nor related to Fumi Hirano.
