Marvin Martin (born January 10, 1988 in Paris, France) is a French footballer who currently plays for Ligue 1 side FC Sochaux-Montbéliard.

Martin began his footballing career playing for his local club in Paris, Montrouge FC 92 before moving to Montbéliard to attend Sochaux's famous youth academy, which would produced future teammates Ryad Boudebouz, Sloan Privat, Geoffrey Tulasne, and Frédéric Duplus as well. He was apart of Sochaux's youth squad that won the Coupe Gambardella in 2007.

After signing his first professional contract, he was promoted to the first team squad for the 2008–09 season. He made his professional debut on 30 August 2008 in a 1–2 loss to Marseille coming on as a substitute.[1]He made his first career the following week against Toulouse playing the full 90 minutes though Sochaux suffered another 1–2 defeat.[2] He scored his first goal on 13 May 2009 in a 3–0 win over Monaco.[3]

On November 15, 2008, Martin was called up to the under 21 team for their friendly against Denmark. He proceeded to start the match, but was substituted out after 61 minutes. France would win the match 1–0.[4]
