Mark Michael Noble (born July 3, 1976) is a computer engineer and active Ohio politician. In 2006 Noble run for Lieutenant Governor on a ticket with Bill Peirce,^[1]. Peirce-Noble finished third of four with 67,596 votes for 1.8% of the total vote. In 2008 he ran for US Representative for Ohio's 15th congressional district receiving 4.6% of the vote.^[2] He currently holds the chairmanship of the Franklin County Libertarian Party.

Noble, born in Columbus, Ohio, and graduate of Ohio State University, began a career in politics in 2005, running for Lieutenant Governor of Ohio as a member of the Libertarian party, and receiving 67,596 votes,^[3] well behind the winner, albeit nearly double that of the Green Party candidate.

He was elected to the position of Franklin County Libertarian Party chairmanship in 2006, and re-elected in 2008.^[4]

His campaign for gun rights garnered him national publicity in 2007, including coverage of the Empty Holster Protest by Fox News.^[5]

The Ohio Secretary of State reports Noble received 14,061 votes in the race for Ohio's 15th Congressional District seat, 1,146 more votes than the other third party candidate, Don Elijah Eckhart.^[6] While Noble was excluded from all public debates in the race and received very little media attention, Eckhart was included in debates with the "major party" candidates, Kilroy and Stivers.

Following a successful challenge to the unconstitutional ballot access laws with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 2008, Noble was able to officially mount his candidacy for House of Representatives, Ohio's 15th district.^[2]

Previously, Noble has campaigned on platforms including policies of reduced regulation, lower taxes, personal responsibility, reform of eminent domain abuse, parental choice, and an adherence to the Constitution and Bill of Rights.^[7]
