Mark Eyking, PC, MP (born August 30, 1960 in Sydney, Nova Scotia) is a Canadian politician. A resident of Millville, Nova Scotia, Eyking is a current member of the Liberal Party of Canada in the Canadian House of Commons, representing the riding of Sydney—Victoria since 2000. Eyking is a former farmer. In Paul Martin's government, he served as the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of International Trade with special emphasis on Emerging Markets. In the leadership contest called to replace Paul Martin as leader of the Liberal Party, he supported Scott Brison. After Brison dropped off before the second ballot, Eyking moved to the camp of eventual winner, Stéphane Dion. [edit] External links
