Mark Ballou (born October 12, 1971) is an American voice actor, best remembered for voicing Rotor the Walrus in Sonic the Hedgehog in the show's 1st season (1993-1994). After Season 1 had finished, Mark left the show for personal reasons (as told in an interview he gave). He was replaced by Cam Brainard in Season 2.
