Marco Paulo Coimbra de Abreu (born December 8, 1974 in Lubango) is an Angolan footballer who currently plays for Portuguese Second Division Serie B team S.C. Espinho, as a defender.

A member of a White African Portuguese family, Abreu left for Portugal at the age of two. During his club career, he represented Académico de Viseu, União da Madeira, C.D. Trofense, Varzim SC, Sporting da Covilhã, AD Ovarense, S.C. Olhanense, Portimonense S.C. and Sporting de Espinho, playing mainly in the third level.

Internationally, Abreu appeared for Angola at the 2006 World Cup, as a replacement for suspended Yamba Asha, but made no appearances. He had made his debut at the 2006 African Cup of Nations in Egypt, where he was also injured.
