Manuel "Grubby" Schenkhuizen (born May 11, 1986, Nieuwegein), is a Dutch professional player of the real-time strategy game Warcraft III (his primary race is "Orc"). Schenkhuizen is primarily known as a solo competitor, but is also known for being one of the best 2 vs 2 team players in the world. In the past, he has formed strong teams with Arvid Fekken, Yoan Merlo and Olav Undheim. Recently after the disbanding of the team MeetYourMakers, Grubby and his team mate Jang Jae Ho parted ways. He has since then joined the clan EvilGeniuses with his fiance Cassandra "PpG" Ng. His major tournament victories include the World Cyber Games in 2004[1][2], the Electronic Sports World Cup in 2005[3], the World Series of Video Games in 2006 and the World Cyber Games again in 2008. His accomplishments in the two World Cyber Games victories have led him to be included in the tournament's hall of fame[4]. In 2006 he was recognized as the eSports Player of the Year. His total prize money earnings exceed $2,000,000 USD. Additional incomes over the years have come from various sources such as a salary received from his team and offering Warcraft 3 lessons. Manuel is the protagonist in the documentary film Beyond the Game [5]. [edit] Notable accomplishments - Top 16, WCG 2003
