MBC Persia is a free-to-air movie channel that broadcasts non-stop Hollywood films 24/7. The channel features films similar to its sister channel MBC 2, but unlike MBC 2 the films shown on MBC Persia are subtitled in Persian instead of Arabic, as MBC Persia is mostly aimed at its MBC/film audience in Iran and the large Iranian population in the UAE. Even the featured advertisements are of Iranian origin.

It began broadcasting on July 9, 2008 at 11:30 GMT.
