MBC 2 is a TV channel owned by the MBC group the channel started to broadcast on many satellites since 2002 it started to broadcast Movies and TV shows subtitled in Arabic but after the launch of MBC 4 the channel became specialized in movies only

The channel mostly broadcasts American Hollywood movies but it also rarely presents British French Arabic Indian ... films

MBC 2 has managed to negotiate long-term deals with the top Hollywood studios, securing first-run right and ensuring a steady flow of the top box-office movies

MBC 2 will soon broadcast bollywood movies.It has secured a deal to show 32 indian movies after it showed JODHA AKBAR which was a huge success and was aprreciated by the public as well as advertisers..[1]

The channel targets arbic audience especially young adults and it manages to have an important popularity among Arab viewers
