MASTV is a Mexican MMDS television company. It belongs to the Multivision group. The system started operations on September 1, 1989 as MVS Multivisión and turned into its current name on 2002. Currently the system offers 15 channels, including all of MVS own channels(52MX, ZAZ, Exa TV, Multicinema, Multipremier and Cinelatino.

MVS, along with Telmex and Esostar Corporation, is the operator of Dish Network in Mexico.
