Luis Raúl Quiñones (born April 28, 1962 in Ponce, Puerto Rico) is a former utility infielder in Major League Baseball. From 1983 through 1992, Quiñones played for the Oakland Athletics (1983), San Francisco Giants (1986), Chicago Cubs (1987), Cincinnati Reds (1988-91) and Minnesota Twins (1992). He was a switch-hitter and threw right-handed. He is currently the hitting coach for the Oneonta Tigers.

In an eight-season career, Quiñones posted a .226 batting average with 19 home runs and 106 RBI in 442 games played.
