Ludovic Sylvestre (born 5 February 1984) is a French football player of Guadeloupian descent. He currently plays for FK Mlada Boleslav as a central midfielder.

Starting out in RC Strasbourg he was picked up by FC Barcelona as an emerging French talent. Playing for Barcelona's C and B teams he eventually moved to Czech 1.Liga, joining AC Sparta Prague, a major force in Czech football. After a season at Sparta, he moved on loan to FC Viktoria Plzeň. Following a string of good performance at Plzeň he was bought by FK Mlada Boleslav on his return to Sparta Prague in 2008, signing a 4 year contract with the club.

His game is marked by good technique and passing.
