Lucio Filomeno (born 8 May 1980) is an Argentine football forward who plays for PAOK FC in Greece. After growing up in Haedo, Buenos Aires, Filomeno played for a variety of clubs around the world and also for the Argentina U-16 National Team under José Pekerman. Such clubs included Nueva Chicago (Argentina), Udinese and Inter Milan (Italy), San Lorenzo (Argentina), Jaguares de Chiapas (Mexico), Busan I'Park (South Korea) and Asteras Tripolis (Greece). Filomeno played for Jaguares in their inaugural season in 2002, scoring the team's first goal ever in a 3–1 loss to Tigres. He joined D.C. United of Major League Soccer in 2005 and returned to Argentina in June 2006 to join his original club, Nueva Chicago. He was transferred to Asteras Tripolis of the Greek first division in July 2007 and in June 2009 he signed a two-year contract with PAOK FC of the same country. [edit] D.C. United
