Lucas Emanuel Ayala Miño (born August 11, 1978 in Buenos Aires, Argentina) is a naturalized Mexican football midfielder, who will play for UANL Tigres in the Mexican First Division.

On January 16, 2009 Lucas Ayala was called up to the Mexico national team. However, his calling to the squad caused and stirred controversy among Mexican born citizens. He declared to the media that he will try his best to give back the favours that Mexico has already granted him such as his footballing career in which started in Mexico and not Argentina. He was present with the squad that faced Sweden on January 28, 2009.
