Lounsbury Foods, otherwise known as Cedarvale Food Products, is a food processing company established by Stafford Higgins in 1962, in Toronto, Ontario. Its main products are horseradish, seafood sauce, spicy mustard, and mint sauce. The company's factory, located on Wiltshire Avenue, produces approximately 7.2 million bottles of product each year, exporting across Canada and as far into the United States as Phoenix, Arizona.^[1]
