Lorenzo John Alexander (born May 31, 1983 in Berkeley, California) is an American football defensive tackle and offensive guard for the Washington Redskins of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2006. He played college football at California.

Alexander played in the first ever U.S. Army All-American Bowl game on December 30, 2000.

In a preseason exhibition game against the Tennessee Titans, Alexander lost his helmet, but still carried on with the play and tackled Titans quarterback Tim Rattay, colliding with his own team-mate's helmet in the process.
