London Buses route 45 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, United Kingdom. The service is currently contracted to Go-Ahead London.

Today's route 45 commenced operation on 1 October 1950 in Stage 1 of London Transport's Post-war "Buses for Trams" scheme, running as a daily service between Farringdon Street and Battersea Bridge via Elephant & Castle, Camberwell, Brixton, Stockwell and Clapham Junction. It replaced Tram route 34 which ran between Blackfriars Bridge and Battersea Bridge.
