The nine European Champion Clubs' Cups won by Real Madrid are on display in the team's museum.

The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) is the administrative and controlling body for European association football. It runs three club competitions: the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Super Cup. UEFA was also responsible for the running of the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, which was discontinued in 1999, for the UEFA Intertoto Cup, discontinued in 2008 and for the Intercontinental Cup, discotinued in 2004. The only team to have won all UEFA club competitions is Italian club Juventus. They received The UEFA Plaque from the Europe's football government body on 12 July 1988 in recognition of winning the three major European club competitions (European Cup-Champions League, Cup Winner's Cup and UEFA Cup-Europa League).[1] Juventus eventually won the Intertoto Cup in 1999.[2] Juventus' fellow Italian club, Milan, is the most successful club, winning 17 competitions, while Spanish club Real Madrid, which holds the record for the most UEFA Champions League victories, is the second most successful, with 15 titles. Juventus F.C. and Liverpool are third, winning 11 competitions. Italian clubs are the most successful, having won 47 titles and Spanish clubs are tied for second for most successful with 41 titles.

While the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup is considered to be the predecessor to the UEFA Cup, UEFA does not consider the tournament to be an official UEFA contest, and therefore successes in this competition are not included in the list.[3] Also excluded are the 1972 UEFA Super Cup title, which is also considered unofficial by UEFA,[4] and the FIFA Club World Cup, a FIFA club competition.[5]
