Lisa Dean Ryan (born April 30, 1972 in Phoenix, Arizona) is an American actress.

Ryan played Wanda Plenn, Doogie's girlfriend, in Doogie Howser, M.D. Shortly afterwards she played Jessica Cohen on the short lived series Class of '96. She also played a date rape victim in season 1 of Beverly Hills, 90210, in which her character calls a teen "rape line" and wishes to remain anonymous, due to the details she gives, it is figured out that the caller is a student at West Beverly High School. She has since guest starred on hit shows such as CSI and NYPD Blue.
