Likhoslavl (Russian: Лихосла́вль) is a town in Tver Oblast, Russia, located 41 km northwest of Tver, on the Moscow-Saint Petersburg Railway. Population: 12,100 (2006 est.); 12,515 (2002 Census); 13,449 (1989 Census).

Likhoslavl grew into a town on the spot of settlements of Ostashkovo (Осташково, founded in 1624) and Likhoslavl (first mentioned in the early 19th century). It was granted town status in 1925.

Soviet poet Vladimir Sokolov was born in Likhoslavl. Also actress Olesya Rulin is from Likhoslavl.
