Liberty Fund logo: ama-gi, cuneiform inscription that is the earliest-known written appearance of the word "freedom" (amagi), or "liberty", taken from a clay document written about 2300 B.C. in the Sumerian city-state of Lagash.

Liberty Fund, Inc., is a private, Libertarian, educational foundation presently headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, U.S. It was founded in 1960 by Pierre F. Liberty Fund is a private operating foundation and does not make grants. On its website, Liberty Fund says:

  • "Each year, Liberty Fund conducts over 165 conferences throughout the United States, Canada, Latin America, and Europe."
  • "Liberty Fund publishes as many as 20 or more books each year."[3]
