Liam Shiels (born 29 April 1991) is an Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League, currently with the Hawthorn Football Club.

Draft history: 2008 NAB AFL Draft 2nd round selection (Hawthorn) No. 34 overall.

Shiels plays as a courageous medium-sized midfielder with excellent foot skills and a healthy appetite for contests and wears the number 26 guernsey.

After good performances playing for Box Hill , Shiels was promoted to play against Adelaide. ^[1]
